Summer Registration 2025

 

Please fill out this form to register for 2025 summer membership. If you are not already a Valley Pond shareholder, you must join the waiting list. When your name comes to the top, you'll be notified that you may purchase your share and register for summer membership.

Using the online form below, please list the people in your household who plan to visit the pond this summer. Summer membership and guest fees are:
 

• $360 for the first household member, plus

• $265 for the next household member, plus

• $165 for each additional household member or au pair. All household members who plan to visit the pond, including au pairs and babies, must be registered.

NOTE: Be sure to click "Add to cart" for EACH household member in addition to entering their name, and see that the total  is accurate.

Who can visit

​

• Those who visit the pond must be registered summer members (e.g., the shareholder and any others in the shareholder’s household whom they have registered and paid summer dues for) or guests of members.
   

• Guests must be accompanied by a member, who will be invoiced in September for accrued guest fees.
   

• If you're a shareholder but elect not to pay dues this summer, you're still entitled to three free "person-visits" to the pond per season. For example, one shareholder and two guests may visit on a single day, or one shareholder may visit on three separate days. Please notify the staff when you visit the pond and sign in yourself and your guest(s).

 

NOTE: If you completed this form but never saw a payment page, your browser might be blocking it. This often happens if cookies are disabled or a pop-up blocker is turned on. This page explains how to easily fix the problem.
