Party requests

If you plan to bring more than seven guests at a time to the pond, you must complete this Party Request Form in advance to ensure adequate coverage and capacity. Please complete the online form below and submit at least two weeks prior to the date of your party.

PLEASE NOTE: Party request forms will not be accepted or reviewed until the start of the season on
May 27, 2023
Submitting a form does NOT ensure approval of your party; you must get a confirmation from the Waterfront Director. If you have not heard from him after a few days, you may email him at davidmtrant@gmail.com.

  • Parties are limited to three hours.

  • No parties will be approved on holidays or long weekends.

  • Parties are subject to approval of the Waterfront Director based on the number of guests and how busy the pond is expected to be that day. Two parties on the same weekend day will not be approved.

  • Please be considerate of other members who are using the pond at the time of your party. During busy times, parties should not occupy more than two tables.

  • If you are expecting a delivery (e.g., pizza), please let the lifeguards know ahead of time.

  • Due to the limited number of rubbish bins, party hosts must bring trash bags and take home their own trash. This avoids having trash spread around the grounds by animals.

  • Shareholders will be billed for party fees based on the number of guests (see below). A $25 fee will be charged for all cancellations by the member. If party must be cancelled due to weather, please speak to the Waterfront Director to reschedule.

  • No dogs are allowed, even on a leash.
